That’s right, Holiday is back and better than ever! (Okay, we say this every year, but we really mean it this time.) This year, we’ve returned to the roots of what makes Holiday Blend special by showcasing some beautiful coffees we’ve sourced just for this occasion.

Holiday isn’t a single-origin coffee, nor is it a two-part blend. Holiday is the culmination of three exquisite coffees we know you’re going to love. Let’s dive into the details.

Ethiopia (Guji)

Guji, Ethiopia, is renowned for its coffee. Many of you might remember your first “WOW” moment with coffee, the realization that coffee could have vibrant, fruit-like flavors. (Was it blueberry? We thought so.)

Guji coffees are specifically known for their high acidity, often paired with vibrant fruit notes. The Guji coffee we sourced brings delightful red fruit notes, giving Holiday Blend that signature jammy flavor profile we love.

El Salvador (Ayutepeque)

El Salvador produces some absolutely brilliant coffees, and we love including them in many of our seasonal blends. The Salvadoran component in Holiday is a mix of beans from several farms, featuring both natural and washed processes.

This mix creates a balanced body thanks to the washed coffee, while the natural process component adds a unique synergy with the Guji coffee, enhancing the blend’s complexity.

Costa Rica (Tarrazu)

The Bonilla family at the Don Mayo Micro Mill are dear friends of ours, and we’ve shared over a decade of partnership with them. Their care and dedication shine through in the exceptional coffees they produce.

Their washed-process coffee, also sold as Don Mayo Los Nacientes, imparts juicy stone fruit notes, cane sugar sweetness, and smooth milk chocolate undertones to Holiday Blend.
